Counter-Notification - Material Restoration
If you have received a notice about the removal of material due to a copyright infringement claim, you may send us a counter-notification to achieve the restoration of the material on the website. This notice must be sent in writing to our copyright agent and must contain substantially the following elements in accordance with the DMCA:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- A description of the removed material and the original location of the material before its removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification or an agent of such person.
